Theatre Preview, Mary Rose, 24 October – 15 November, Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh

20 Oct

Ever wanted to spend a chilly winter’s evening inside watching a ghost story in the rather impressive surrounds of Edinburgh’s Lyceum Theatre? If so then Mary Rose, the Lyceum’s new play which runs from Friday 24 October until Saturday 15 November, could be right up your alley.

A family holiday is disrupted by the sudden and unexplained disappearance of a little girl, Mary Rose. Although she is soon reunited with her parents, the riddle of what happened remains and haunts the family for years to come. When Mary Rose, by now a young adult, receives a proposal of marriage, these events from her past are cast up, and the mystery begins to take hold once again…

Starring Kim Gerard, Michael Mackenzie and Una McLean, this JM Barrie adaptation is shaping up to be a good one – check out the trailer for more evidence…

Book now over at the Royal Lyceum website…if you dare…
