Theatre Preview: Slick, 16 – 24 September, Tron Theatre, Glasgow

Selling out the Edinburgh Festival Fringe run and currently on a Scotland-wide tour, Slick returns home to the Tron in Glasgow from Tuesday 16 -Saturday 20 September.

Described as dark and dirty and receiving rave reviews, the play tells of Little Malcolm Biggar and his struggle to navigate his way through the tower block where he lives with the intention of discovering crude oil in the pipes.

What’s different about the characters here are that they’re human/puppet combinations, actors wearing bodies made of rubber and cloth. Or are they? According to the following interviews on YouTube you never know…
